What do I pay beyond the licence?
The licence is one-time. Everything the calls consume stays on your own accounts and is billed to you directly: Twilio for numbers and minutes, OpenAI or Google for the realtime model, and whatever your server costs. There is no per-minute margin on top from us, which is the point of owning the install.
Where does the data live?
On your server. Postgres holds the agents, calls and transcripts, the knowledge base is a pgvector index in the same database, and recordings go to whatever disk you configure — S3, Backblaze B2 or DigitalOcean Spaces. Nothing routes through Velura Labs once the licence is activated.
Can I sell it to my clients under my own brand?
That is what the multi-tenant edition is for. Each client business is a tenant with its own agents, numbers and logins; the dashboard carries your name, logo, colours and domain; and per-client credit billing runs through your Stripe or Razorpay account with your markup on top.
What do I need to run it?
A Linux server that can run Docker — two cores and 4 GB of RAM is enough for a personal install, four cores and 8 GB for a small agency. A Twilio account, one of an OpenAI or Gemini key, and a domain. Installation is a five-step wizard in the browser, not an SSH session.
Do you install it for me?
Yes — the managed installation add-on is $149 per domain. We install it on your server, connect the domain and SSL, set up Twilio and your AI keys, and build your first agent with you on a call. Six months of support comes with every licence either way.
Can I try it before buying?
The live demo is a full install with seeded agencies, agents and two weeks of call history, and it resets every few hours. It also has a demo-call page: you paste your own Twilio and AI credentials, teach the agent your business, and it calls your phone. Those credentials are held encrypted for that one call and never written to the database.
What if I would rather not run it at all?
Then buy the outcome instead of the platform. Our AI call center service runs the agents, the humans and the escalation path on our side and bills per resolved conversation.
