Can the AI run inside our private VPC?

Yes. We deploy with Terraform / CDK to AWS, GCP, Azure, or your on-prem datacenter. No PII leaves your VPC. Hosted-API LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock) are optional and gated behind a redaction layer.

How do you handle RBI inspections?

Every inference call is logged with input, output, model version, and decision rationale. Audit packs export to PDF on demand. We've supported three RBI inspections across our BFSI book.

What's the typical pilot scope for collections?
